The 1st step: Pick up a tie and place it around your neck, Make sure the wide end is about 1/3 longer than the narrow end. Place the wider end of the tie on your right side, with the narrow side about 12 inches long (30 cm) higher on the left.

The 2nd step: Move the tie which is now across your neck so the small side has 5-9 inches of length giving the bigger side a couple of feet in length.

Rather, Bring the big side to the left side of your body, over the narrow side. Hold the two pieces of cloth together with your left hand, near your neck.

The 3rd step: Take the wide end over the narrow end once more. Hold the spot where the two ends intersect with your left hand.

The 4th step: With your right hand, grab the bigger end and take it up and through the gap between your neck and the point where you are still holding. Now let the big end dangle over and to the left of the knot.

The 5th step: Wrap it behind the tie knot and your hand which is hold the knot, going from left to right. The big side is now on the right side of the smaller side.
